WelcomeHome prospects will always have a stage assigned to them. Default stages include Inquiry, Pre-Tour, Post-Tour, Deposit, and Move In. (Your stages may look different depending on your operator).
Note: If you contact WelcomeHome Support to make automation changes, you will need regional or admin approval if you are not a user with those permissions.
In the image above the resident is in the "Pre-Tour" stage.
In most cases, WelcomeHome auto-advances the stages of a prospect based off of activity logged in the system through automations created during the onboarding process. These automations differ between accounts to fit each communities' needs. Below are examples of some automations used to advance prospect stages:
In general, prospects advance to the following stages by this sequence:
*Note: Each community/organization may have differing automations due to customization.
Inquiry to Pre-Tour: Prospect has been successfully contacted and/or a tour activity has been scheduled.
Pre-Tour to Post-Tour: Prospect has successfully completed a Tour/Virtual Tour activity.
Post-Tour to Deposit: A follow-up call with the prospect in Post-Tour stage has been successfully completed and the prospect has submitted a deposit (Collect Deposit activity).
Deposit to Move-In: Prospect has submitted a deposit and a unit has been selecting with a move-in date.
