WelcomeHome prospects will always have a stage assigned to them. The stages include inquiry, pre-tour, post-tour, deposit, and move in.
While WelcomeHome auto-advances and can auto-revert the stages of a prospect based off of activity logged in the system, sometimes the user needs to manually revert the prospect. For instance, if a prospect deposited, and now has refunded!
From the lefthand side of your screen, click on the "Prospects" tab.
From the prospect's database, use the search bar to find the prospect you wish to advance or select their name from the list of prospects that appears. This will bring up the prospect's profile.
Their stage is indicated by the blue and grey bar on the right side of the summary.
To revert their stage:
Click on the prior stage's name (in this case "Post-Tour")
*Note: You can only revert the stage one at a time. So, if I needed to revert Elaine to Scheduled-Tour in this case, I would have to click the Scheduled-Tour, just like we did to revert to Post-Tour.
The success of the event will be indicated with the green bar across the top of your screen and the last stage turning green, while the current stage turns blue.
