Leads are automatically scored by WelcomeHome when they are added to the system. You have the ability to override this score within the prospect profile if it is incorrect (if permissions allowed by leadership/enabled in account set-up).
*Note: marking a prospect score as "Hot" will pull them into your Standup Board and “Top Inquiries” list on the Overview.

To begin, navigate to your prospect database by clicking "Prospects" from the left-hand navigation bar.

Search for the prospect whose lead score you'd like to override. The first column in the prospect list is "Score". Click the circle in this column and select a new lead score. Upon selecting a new score, the prospect will automatically update.
You can also do this from the prospect profile. Click on the colored circle to the right of the prospect name at the top of your screen. Select the new lead score and once clicked, the lead score will be updated.
