How to make use of customizable reports in WelcomeHome
WelcomeHome's customized reports allow you to save new filters, add new columns, and save new versions of reports.
To begin, click the report tab on the left-hand side of the screen and select the report you want to customize.
Editing Columns
To edit the columns of a report, click the edit columns button at the top of the report screen.
After you have clicked on the edit columns button, a list of columns that you are able to add or delete to your report will appear. To add that column to the report, click on the column and a checkmark will appear on the right side of the column category.
To move the position of a column within the report, click on the left-hand side of the column category and drag to the desired position.
After editing the columns, click apply, and it will reset your report with the new column settings.
Filter Options
To add additional filters to your customized reports, click on the "More Filters" button at the top of the report.
Your additional filter options will vary by report. Once you have selected your desired filters, click the "apply" button. Below are examples you might encounter depending on the report type:
To reset your filters back to the default report settings, click the blue button titled "Reset Filters".
Viewing Occupancy by Units & Residents
On the "Occupancy" Report, you can view your occupancy by units, residents, or both units and residents.
To add Units or Residents to the report, click on the "Units" button at the top. From there, you can select Units, Residents, or both to add them to the report. A check mark will come up on the right side once they have been selected.
Saving a Customized Report
In the top right corner, click the blue star button with "Save" titled underneath.
Once you have clicked "Save", a new report module will appear. From here, you can change the title of the customized report in the box
