This course covers all aspects of managing second residents -- from adding them to a prospect profile to moving them in. You'll learn to identify occupancy board discrepancies, log transfers and move-outs, and include your second residents in your bulk communications and event invites.
You'll also complete scenario-based activities to practice resolving common second resident issues.
