1. You can make a call from a prospect profile by looking under their name and general information.
You will see in this picture that the Email is available, but the call and text buttons are grayed out. This is because there is no phone number currently associated with the prospect. You are able to see the reason (phone number missing, marked as "do not call", invalid number, etc.) if you hover your mouse over the button.
You can update the prospect information by clicking "Update Profile" and adding a phone number, or clicking into the 'Prospect' tab of their profile!
2. When this is done, you can click the call button, select your number, and have a successful call!
