WelcomeHome will provide Technical Support via both telephone and email on weekdays during the hours of 9:00am through 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day.

How to Reach the Support Website:
The easiest way to access our support website is in WelcomeHome! The "Get Help" next to your profile has drop down menu which will take you to our website where you can submit a ticket, access support articles, provides our contact information, and privacy policy.

How to Submit a Ticket:
Our support site has an option to submit a ticket to the team. If you look in the bottom right corner of any page within the WelcomeHome support page, you'll see a blue button that says "Help"
Once you click "Help", a form will pop up for you to submit a ticket. Fill out the following fields:
- Name
- Email Address
- How can we help you?
- Attach any images that you think will be helpful to solving your issue
- Click "Send"- this ticket will be sent to the WelcomeHome team
