Zoom Integration with WelcomeHome
We have created an integration with Zoom to assist with virtual tours and meetings. Below are instructions on how to get it set up and how to utilize the integration once the setup is complete.
Activating the Zoom Integration
1. Navigate to your user profile

Click "Zoom Integration"

Click "Connect to Zoom"- you'll be taken to zoom to log in and authorize the integration
- Once you've signed in, you'll be redirected back to WelcomeHome. Once connected, you'll see the below information when you click on "Zoom Integration"
*Note: You may need to request approval from your Zoom administrator. If this is a required step, the administrator of your account will get an email to approve the integration. Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to finish the integration!
Using the Zoom Integration
Once the integration is activated, you can schedule a meeting in WelcomeHome with a Zoom meeting automatically created.
When adding an activity in WelcomeHome, you'll see a checkbox labeled "Zoom Meeting?". If you'd like to use the zoom integration for that activity, make sure to select this check box.
Important: If you do not specify a start/end time, the zoom meeting will be for right now. Otherwise, the start time will be set to the selected time.
1. Click "Add" to finish scheduling the activity. Now that the activity has been added, you will see a modal with the Zoom meeting details.
Here you can "Copy to a clipboard" and also elect to send via email.
2. If you have the email integration set up, click "Send Via Email" and you will see an email pop up with the email address, subject, and text pre-populated. Send via email.
3. Once the activity is scheduled, you will see the scheduled activity under the prospect activities as well as on your Day Planner. To initiate the meeting, click "Start Zoom"
Once the meeting is complete, a recording will be attached to the completed activity for future reference!
Uninstalling the Zoom Integration
If you no longer wish to integrate your Zoom account with WelcomeHome, you can uninstall the integration within your profile.
1. Navigate to your user profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner and clicking "Profile"
2. Click "Zoom Integration" from the left side navigation bar
3. Click "Disconnect"
