WelcomeHome has created a series of courses for you to obtain a certification for the WelcomeHome Software platform.
The certification is divided into four specialist courses:
- Prospects Specialist: Prospect and referrer management
- Occupancy Specialist : Occupancy and resident management
- Communication Specialist: Activities and automations
- Reports Specialist: Deep dive into WelcomeHome standard reports
The courses are standalone so you can take them in any order! They are all structured the same way, with a mix of lecture, videos, knowledge checks and interactive elements. They also require successfully passing a quiz in order to complete. The quizzes are 20 questions each, require a 90% or higher to pass. The quizzes are not timed so you can take your time with each attempt and use any notes or WelcomeHome support articles during the quiz.
Anyone who completes and passes all four courses will receive a WelcomeHome Certification certificate upon completion. You can add this to your LinkedIn page under the License & certifications section. For instructions on how to complete this, please review this support article.
