When trying to sync to Yardi, you may see an error message pop up stating that the sync can't happen because the unit code does not exist.
When you see this, it means that the unit in WelcomeHome does not match the unit in Yardi. These have to be identical in order for the sync to work. For example, if the unit in WelcomeHome is 101 B but in Yardi it is 101B, you will see this error because of the extra space in the WelcomeHome unit.
To fix this, the unit name needs to be updated in WelcomeHome. If you are not an admin or regional user, you can contact our Support team to assist with updating this information.
