In the occupancy board you will now see a status to view units. In addition to viewing Occupied and Vacant units, you can view any units that you have Reserved. This will be shown in the far, right column. Reserved units, regardless of if they are currently occupied or vacant, will be shown in purple.
Any unit that has a future reservation will show up in the Reserved column.
If the unit is currently occupied AND has a future reservation, it will show in the Occupied column, as well as the Reserved column. It will show who is currently occupying that unit, as well as who has reserved it and their future move-in date.
If the unit is vacant AND has a future reservation, it will still show under the Vacant column, as well as under the Reserved column. This indicates the unit is currently vacant, but has a future reservation.
This feature allows you to see future move-ins and reservations on units, helping you better plan for the future at your community.
For example, if you have someone moving out at the end of the year and a future reservation afterwards in that same unit, you will be able to see all of this information in one spot on your occupancy board.
