Within WelcomeHome there are two separate buttons for two different functions. One button to edit and another to complete the activity.
How to Edit:
Go to the Prospect profile and then the "Activities" tab.
The pencil icon next to an activity will help you edit an activity.
In here, you can make changes to the activity and then click "Save".
How to Complete an Activity:
The "Mark Complete" button will allow you to record the results of the activity.
The default result for this is "Completed".
However, there is a drop-down menu you can choose from to edit the results of this activity. Then click "Save & Complete"
